Ben, I have felt for some time that the Banking Alliance was completed. It almost has to be to put it into V3. I remember that they said they were negotiating with back ups. What I thought that meant was that some companies or countries may not be able to work with the lead bank (conflict of interest). Thus others have to be available. I'm simply waiting as Glenn does what he does best. I already completed my job. His and PNLK's are still in progress. Roy
