This is what bothers me and it should concern many others too:

The United States has had a mixed relationship with the KLA. One year ago, a senior
official accused them of terrorist activities. But in the last few months, the KLA was
central to U.S. efforts to secure a negotiated peace agreement in Kosovo.

One should read who the KLA are, who backs them and who they declare the enemy is and always be. Not only are we the enemy, we are idiots...Jacalyn

Does anybody know the last time the U.S. government formally identified the KLA as terrorists? To the best of my recollection, they did so up until last summer. Anybody seen any official use of that since then?
