Larry From the Naxos PR: >The Panel found that Jimmy John, former Chairman, President and CEO, of Naxos was responsible for issuing press releases which contained exaggerated language, misleading information and omissions of unfavorable results.< Doesn't sound at all the same to me. If anything I believe Mike is being conservative in his PR's. He has always claimed that MGAU would understate and over perform. Until proven otherwise, I will continue to believe he's good on his word. Char
