We haven't had any conspiracy conversations in a while. The S-3 refers to the closing price on 3/31/99. This was the day the price popped 25%, a lot of it at the end of the day if I remember correctly.

Can anyone think of a reason to link this pop to INRANGE's warrants?

Is there a time limit after the S-3 is filed during which the common stock must be sold?
