Yes, and this is the second time that there have been a flurry of class action law suits. Don't these guys give a damn??? Seems to me if for no other reason, they would have more pride than to see this happen. They coulda stemmed the problem by having come forward with a press release that reflected the info that their IR ladies were putting out over the phone and that is/was that they still intend to meet the original estimate of .36, that they didn't intend to warn, that the "softness" mentioned was industry-wide and that EM didn't intend it to be CPQ specific, and that there was NO REASON FOR ALARM.
