Please- can you say Idi Amin Dada? Now there was a REALLY bad ass retarded tyrant. If I remember correctly he clogged up the White Nile with bodies he executed so many people. But I do not recall any aid missions to the tyrannized people of Uganda. Do you recall any? Did I miss them? I know we agree George, the question was rhetorical- we both know the answer is there weren't ANY aid missions. I suppose Washington might have talked nasty about Idi but I don't remember much of that either. We were probably preoccupied with the "Evil Empire".
