Just out: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- April 6, 1999 Our sales results for the 3rd quarter ended March 31, 1999 came in at $4.1 million. This is more than three times last quarter, or a 230% increase over the previous quarter's $1.2 million. This does not include a $2.6 million backlog for orders that have been already been booked and will be delivered next quarter. I can't tell you how pleased we are with our progress. We have filed an S-8 with the SEC to register the 1.3M underlying shares from an executive non-qualified stock option plan. Don't worry, the shares will not be suddenly out in the market.
