We already have spread spectrum techonology, the problem is, your speed depends on the weather. You can not use any techonology which is dependant on the weather. What MSFT is doing is deploying low earth sats which might have higher penetration and reliability enough to actually be usable. ps.. dont mind me, I can barely remember my own name anymore let aloen what my analysis was an year ago.
