I agree with you IBMikey. The Feb 4th news release didn't even say CSMA was merging with Veltex.

It said that Veltex Industries signed a Letter of Intent for ITS SUBSIDIARY ("Velvet Textile Mills, Ltd."), TO BE ACQUIRED BY CSMA.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THE FEB 4TH NEWS RELEASE AGAIN. ACCORDING TO THE RELEASE: CSMA will have nothing to do with Veltex, only its subsidiary.

I still haven't received any notification of this supposed April 3 meeting and I've owned CSMA since Nov. of 97.

Unless something has changed since the Feb 4th news release, I have no reason to believe that CSMA is changing its name or doing a 1 for 25 reverse split.

I will wait for some OFFICIAL news. Only then will I believe it.

Ron

PS Its interesting how CSMA closed today with a bid of .055, up from .04. Volume was nearly 400,000. WHO IS BUYING? Maybe CSMA still has a chance? Never know.
