From your posts it is clear you are a very well to do person with a lot of time, and no responsibilities other than keeping yourself amused. Many people would like to be in your position. I have read that $70k/year puts a household in the top 5% income in the US. You are probably ahead of of 95% of the families in the country.

By the way, with those small houses in SF, where do you put all the junk you buy ?
