It's confusing. Here's the PR for the "announcement": biz.yahoo.com Normally, you'll see another PR that the offering is "completed". This seems to be referring folks to the prospectus, etc. I was just around NITE when they did their secondary at 35. A few weeks later it's at 73. It's as if a lid were lifted. Of course, NITE's business is a little more exciting that power amplifiers. Oh well...at least LU didn't buy this one for 12 when it was 5. That would have sucked.
