MrGardner, I think that there are only about 3.5 million in the actual float. I also think that the total shares outstanding are only about 12.3 million. I will double check that though.

Anyway, I doubt the actual number of share holders is readily available due to the brokerage houses constant business of buying and selling. I only have a poultry (sp) 200 shares myself. I am watching Microsoft, Intel et all go up also, but like you, this stagnant price (and lowering slightly) is bugging me. I have no intention of selling though. I was thinking about margining further shares this am, but when I went to the computer, I saw that it was at 124. I have never done that before (margins), so I was a little gun shy. Hindsight shows I should have done it though....

I am hearing that until the 15th comes and goes, we are not going to hear much at all from the home base. And without much publicity, we do not have the push from others for shares. Remember, they have a big ad campaign, that has also must have been placed on hold until this tender offer expires since I have not seen anything in that regard either.

IMO, Now is the time to jump in further, but I do not want to sell my others (SBUX, MSFT, INTC). I am holding all them long term as I am with GNET (I bought my GNET on 1/12 pre-split, so I am still sitting pretty well). I think our patience will pay off, but we will have to wait another week or 2. I live in the Seattle area, and it is even quiet GNET news-wise here. I feel that it is due to the tender offer and out of "RESPECT" for Paul Allen's offer, not trying to bump the price further. JMHO.

Hope this helps. Talk with you later.
