I sat with Earl Hope just a few minutes ago , and he clarified that MDIN did "NOT" buy "WAMC" but one of the Corporate Principals ("L.P.) did in fact buy that "Shell"! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ???
