D. Long - Lybia made its first move today. Their underlying sentiment has always been the same; the CIA helped the Allayotolah (sp) too and Iran used the US then killed us; we never learn. You must remember, Hillary spent last month in the Arab world; no telling what the administration offered them; ie: negotiations behind the scenes vis a vis China; now some Arab actions to make the world see them in a "negotiating in peace" light.

BTW - the cost of Hillary's trip was 28 million dollars at taxpayer expense. She has taken no less than 69 trips abroad since getting to the white house. Livin off the dole...

Read the book, Year of the Rat - (Barnes & Noble) and you will see US Intelligence is already aware of what China is doing and no one is doing anything about it. China is making moves too just because it is not on the front page (where Clinton does not want it) does not mean things are at a stand still. Check out their interest in the Panama Canal Zone and when they arrive on December 31, 1999 and our troops and base is gone, don't be surprised.

China has already warned the US NOT to interfere with their "internal" affairs - Taiwan is a province of China and the US is not welcome to interfere in their domestic affairs. When they move on Taiwan later this year, don't be surprised. No I don't think China will have to do a darn thing, they already have their hands, eyes and plate full.

The shiites are in all the arab countries, and although we don't hear much about their leaders, believe me, they are powerful and make the decisions. US is still bombing Iraq daily, our valuless negotiations between Pakistan, Afghanistan and India are really worth the pulp written on and when our giving the recipients money runs out, so will their benevolence.

I believe in history because therein lies the pattern, except today, we don't have the luxury of time. With the weapons, mind set, instability and anger something is gonna give, and I think the moves are already being put in motion.

I doubt we will get involved in the massacres in the Pacific nor China so the rhetoric espoused by Clinton and this administration and NATO is an insult to me.

Just my thoughts, Jacalyn
