Love him or hate him, this is what Marty Armstrong has to say:( and he did call the July20/98 correction to the day)

The current high is the
period beginning July 20th, 1998 and ending April 8th,
1999. According to our timing models the next major
directional change should take place at this time. This
trend, when analyzed in dollars exclusively, would imply
that the high has perhaps just been established as of
March 19th, 1999. A closing on April 8th BELOW
9,337.9 would technically confirm such a possibility.
