You obviously don't know how large it is, and what it contains.

Please Anti, why don't you go ahead and post the parts that favor AZNT?

Pretty please? With super stevia on top?

Well, if you include the white space in the margins + the page numbers, you could say, at least, that a certain portion doesn't put AZNT in a bad light. (btw anti, that's a "plus sign"—one of those mathematical thingies)

85% of the transcript favors for AZNT

Heh—how about you find the good parts, or quit whining.
When you're done with that, you can find the <heh> "real" <heh> Oct 2nd injuction, since you think the one at Nevada State Court is false.

Why not post the transcript in its entirety?

Because it's more than 800 pages long, you idiot.

Let me guess...uh...85% of the transcript favors for AZNT..right?

Wrong.

Why not post Bob Quiels testimony?

Because he testified on the Wednesday, and we don't have that day's transcript yet. I've seen bits and pieces; at first glance it appears he stonewalled his way through it. Here's a sample:

Q: Considering that you hold 600,000 shares of Amazon stock, for every 25 cent move upward of Amazon stock price, you stand to make $150 thousand, correct?
A: Yeah, isn't that great?
(a moment later)
Q: Are you familiar with Amazon's, quote, short squeeze program, close quote?
A: Amazon short squeeze? I didn't know that they were involved in one.
Q: Did you know that Amazon was trying to create a short squeeze?
A: No.
Q: Are you familiar with the term short squeeze?
A: Yes.

(Comment from someone who's read all of Bob's testimony: Mr. Quiel is apparently unfamiliar with the bulletin board messages, shareholder letters, news articles and press releases of Amazon, although he advises Amazon, he says, regarding their stock.)

And Auntie: don't yell at US. Do your own "DD". For once in your life. Call the courthouse--NOT the company--and order your very own copy of the transcripts. And here's just a tiny thought, all you're capable of: if the transcripts showed AZNT in a favorable a light as you'd like to think, don't you imagine they'd have made copies available to Loyal Longs?

<snicker!>

Here's another one for you to answer, why did the court grant AZNT a Default Judgement against Andy Mann?

Why did the court grant Michael Zwebner a default judgment against Gary Dobry and David Shepherd?

Let's see YOU answer THAT.

Special for you, Auntie: yet another unpaid bill...

2 BY MR. MONTAL:
3 Q. Well, let me ask you a question, Mr. Sylver, on this
4 point. You received Quigley [sic: AZNT] DTC position listings, correct?
5 A. Correct.
6 Q. And those position listings -- you were receiving them
7 from when? When did you start receiving them? Do you know
8 when you signed up for this? It was in 1997, correct?
9 A. Or 6. We could find out. I could find out, you could
10 find out by calling.

11 Q. But you were receiving them in 1997, correct?
12 A. Yeah, I believe we were. Or maybe even '96.
13 Q. Right. And you were receiving them in '98?
14 A. Correct.
15 Q. And you were receiving -- and through all that period of

16 time you showed trades going on?
17 A. No. It showed zeroes, zero, zero, zero. They showed no
18 trades. This is nothing, they show nothing. Zero. That's
19 why we didn't pay the bill because there was a freeze. It
20 doesn't show anything.

Montal goes on to demonstrate that--contrary to what Mikey'd like the court to believe--the freeze in place in November 1997 was indeed lifted.
