Trying to pick entry points for both NTBK and TBFC has been a challenge. The bigger challenge has been watching a stock so extended, that really needed to be sold and bought back at lower levels. But neither NTBK or TBFC has gone lower.

TBFC should be capped, (emphasis on should be) because they will price 3.8 Million shares a week from today. Goldman Sachs was in there late today, building their short position, so they can support the stock after the secondary.

But I never expected TBFC to be pulled up by NTBK today. Retail buying apparently overwhelmed Goldman shorts.

Sell your positions at your own peril. Remember, the entire direct banking industry is only about $2Billion in Cap. When TBFC gets done, watch research recommendations from Goldman, Merrill, Robbie Stephens and Legg Mason. Then it will be TBFC's turn to pull NTBK up!

Good luck and continued success to NTBK and TBFC longs.
