Keep in mind that most MO and Kraft Employees have a good portion of their 401K plan invested in MO. They are free to move it around daily. Changes take effect after the Market Closes. So many of those large block trades you see are funds, likely the MO funds moving monies around.

Also, it is worth noting that during significant down-turns such as the one last week, the stock will be in a downward move for two, most likely three, days. That's because the MO employee fund cannot re-allocate most of its fund until the end of the day. Some employees may not even notice the bad down-turn until a day or two later, so you see the trickle effect the period of a a few days.

Believe me! The amount of shares traded by MO employees is significant.
