Donny, it is much better than that. It is 1 1/2 Billion. But, at the moment they only have $100 bucks in the bank. Shares outstanding going from 16 mill to 72 mill. No products, no talent, no partners, no technology, etc. It is a $500 million scam. Insiders issued their stock at 1 CENT!, now they are trying to pump it up, and they are doing a great job.
