The P/E may be laughable in some ways but historically, the P/E used to top out at about 18 - so its high now. maybe this is a new era. I do agree that now is a good time to buy and have put my money where my mouth is. We are still nearly 20% below SBC's high and I can't believe that with Ameritech and LD coming, we won't get above that. Earnings should be good too and if we can get some positive spin on ADSL sales (even if it doesn't have a big impact on earnings) we could see new highs. KG
