I agree with you that this was a good sale. Most private placements are done anywhere from 20-50% below market, so this is very favorable. In addition, this should take away alot of people's concerns that they still hadn't raised enough money. In fact, I spoke with several large institutions who own relatively small positions, and they were all going to add to there ownings.
