Gradeaux, respectfully, you should re-think. SELB has a 500k float. And this is a major irrational exuberance / speculative internet bubble week. I saw that some believe a rumor about a website. And about the only way you will be able to short is naked, because borrowing a stock in short supply is nearly impossible.

If you have never shorted a stock like SIEB, you should first discuss your idea with someone who has.

Now on the other hand, I agree with you about the company totally.

I don't believe that SELB is worth more than 11 dollars per share. That is why I sold 2/3rds near there. So I won't be buying tomorrow, nor do I think others should. However, many will because it is just to ripe for the picking as a momentum play. And on a momo, nobody cares about the company. Only the float matters at that point.

So the company could say they are going out of business at the end of the week and it won't affect the chances of a major momentum play.

Best wishes.

Good call on SELB, Gradeaux. Glad I got out when I did. . .but still was a dangerous one. . .so many safer plays out there for such small returns, don't you think? Either way, I was definitely wrong on that one.
