Can't answer your question, but I generally disregard the very small trades in TSIS. 100 shares at 40 cents is a $40 transaction. Even at online brokerage rates ($7-12 a trade?), this makes no sense at all. I suspect that these small trades ... especially early or late in the day ... are an attempt by a Market Maker to manipulate the appearance of the trading: "It closed up a bit at .405", when in fact the last *meaningful* trade might have been at .37.

I do note that this morning (pre-opening), SI shows .37x.405, with a last close of .405. Does not reek of strength in the very short term.

But what do I know.
