Also, ask Warren Buffet why his Bershire Hathaway is considering buying from Leow's Corporation an insurance company that I bot in say 1974 when lowes bot it at $5.00 a share, then; CNA Insurance had their first stock split last year when it traded at about 100 and that 3 for 1 meant that in 25 years it had grwo from a $5 stock to a hundred dollar stock. Why do stocks grow, why do they spilt, why did Berkshire Hathaway start selling a few years ago those monster $20,000 Shares from units at around a thousand dollars. Also, why do foolls fall in love, what is the meaning of life. I will e mail Pat Rost and Joe Naughton and tell them NOT TO ANSWER REDICULOUS questions, it's specualtion man, what do you think this is ...WALL STREET and The Dow Industrials. ztect, Your alittle inquisitive little... never mind. Do my best. 1. IMHO the SEC thing got put off when the Lawsuit occured. JNNE does not want to tip its financial hand to ANFS. Think once the suit is settled, we'll see it. 2. Shares Authorized 100 Mil, Outstanding was 62 Mil last I heard. Float is 40 Mil Guess 3. Numbers verified calling tranfer agent. Float is ???? 4. Joe Naughton is the Big Chief. He owns Most of JNNE. Pat Rost is the Public Relations Guy. Joe holds some cards close. Some he shows Pat. Lots of DD on JN and PR if you search or backread. 5. Most of JNNE expertise is Advertising/entertainment. Look once the product being proven for rapid expansion into Hotel/Motels. Some big chains have signed like Days Inn.
