Zeev, the long para in my last post should have been italicized, because it was from the PR. It says nothing about whether the investors paid extra for the warrants, and the tone suggests that they did not. The exercise prices of the warrants are described as "higher" but I don't know of they mean "higher than $13.61" or "higher than $14.33."
