From the 6:51 P.M. PR:
Terms of the transaction include a provision that could result in a one-time issuance of a limited number of additional shares if the market price of the company's common stock is less than $14.33 on the date of effectiveness of the registration statement.

This language has changed from the earlier PR, which has been pulled, biz.yahoo.com. The later PR (if I remember the earlier one correctly) deletes language assuring us that there will be no additional warrants issued if the stock is lower than $14.33 on the effective date.

Did anyone else notice this or any other changes?

Was there something in the earlier PR about using some of the $6MM to force the exercise of some non-MVISW warrants, or was that another stock I'm thinking of?
