Some people fight it to the end. I have reported this to the SEC along with evidence. I also called GARD IR in San Francisco and yelled at her about fraud, and she claimed not to have heard of Barrington, the Isle of Man, and their recent SEC filing! I then called their number in London and was routed to a very strange voice mail message which didn't even mention the name of the company. I hope these guys don't get away. WHO IS BUYING THIS PIECE OF CRAP?! Also, notice their reference to a positive write-up by Bloomberg today, in fact they didn't provide a link but the write-up was very NEGATIVE.
