opening of the Telecom Market by China with a American based standard, never mentioned Cdma, but said Nortel, Motorola, Lucent will benefit. I'd feel better if China also mentioned Samsung. That would imply that they were really opening their market, not just using a one time buy to placate the US. One or two billion dollars is good, but ultimately small potatoes. (Although with a billion here and a billion there, soon we're talking real money.) Clark
