The 13D is the most interesting. Andreini was, until last December, a director at Comdisco, and was responsible for Comdisco's open-market purchases of CYOE (5% of the shares). Presumably, although we don't know, he also had something to do with Comdisco's purchases of equipment from CYOE. And simultaneously he was buying/holding stock for his own account and that of his investment clients.

So many conflicts of interest it makes your head spin!

In his investment/broker capacity, Andreini appears to be a typical commission-churner. Random buys and sells (mostly buys). One of his clients is a "Professional athlete employed by the Carolina Panthers".
