Thanks Razor,

I haven't had time to read through this, but the quick glance was enough to make my blood boil. I have had some dealings with a lawyer myself and done quite a bit of reading about libel law and SLAPP suits. I haven't done enough reading yet to know if this is a SLAPP suit, but the charges against Spider are classic SLAPP-like charges. I haven't read enough to comment intelligently on Spider's guilt or innocence, but already I can say I am not a great fan of the lawyer.
