that's just not so. Most of the cash is offshore whether it is in the bond mkt or stock mkt. They're all related. If the japanese start selling (in yen the dow has not made a new high) the dow crashes thru a 2 year head and shoulders pattern that projects to 4000 upon a breach of the neckline at 7800. all we need is a nudge in the right direction.
