We are in Yugoslavia because it is in the interest of NATO. We aren't in Rwanda because there is no ATO. We aren't in Indonesia and Tibet because there is no longer a SEATO and has never been a CATO (Central Asian Treaty Organization). I'm not really sure I understand your cryptic reference to Waco, but I guess it fits because it ends with an "o". To blame the genocide of Kosovars on NATO is akin to blaming the acts of a serial killer on the rest of society. The Serbs have proven that they have no inhibitions about genocide and need no excuse to exercise their "god given right" to eradicate their ethnic enemies. I suppose you will also blame NATO for the mass slaughter of Muslims in Srebrenica, Bosnia by saying we forced the Serbs into it by not doing anything to stop them.

Yeah- I'd rather save Tibet than Yugoslavia. I really like the Tibetans. Of course there isn't much to save anymore. And the Chinese have settled ethnic Chinese in Tibet now... I guess it's an ethnic cleansing we are ok with?
