I think that there is some kind of security restriction on the number of days from the IPO before coverage. That list came of of a hot sheet that was posted on a stock message board for PAMC on YHOO. Someone posted it from a letter on what is to be hot tomorrow. I happen to own both PAMC and AWEB. It seemed to imply that the 18 days was a restriction.
