Who asked about interworld?? Alan J. Andreini. Mr. Andreini joined InterWorld in April 1997 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from April 1997 to June 1998. Prior to joining InterWorld, Mr. Andreini was Executive Vice President and a member of the Office of the President of Comdisco, Inc. Mr. Andreini joined Comdisco in 1978, and was named Senior Vice President in 1986 and Executive Vice President in 1994. He also serves as a director of Comdisco, Inc., Youth Services International, Inc. and Heartland Technology, Inc. Out of interest Andreini and Donahue both seem to be principals of Interworld which itself filed an S1 (register for an IPO on Nasdaq under the symbol INTW) in July 98. sec.gov.
