WARNING !! Being in a room-full of Mensa members could be hazardous to your health and life. Many years ago, I was in a room with about 25 Mensa members, one of these "genuises " lit a match, the live spark flitted to a dust-laden fibreglass curtain, setting it ablaze. If you ever saw one freshly, decapitated chicken running around ( an awesome sight ) picture 25 doing this crazy dance. One used his intelligence to call the police department. My IQ at the time, was 86.6 or what ever the proof of good Scotch is. I grabbed the bottom of the curtain and twisted it around and around until the flame was extinguished. The coughing Mensa people complimented me on my intelligent deduction and solution. I, modestly replied: " Elementary, dear eggheads. Fire deprived of oxygen must go out!" In fairness to any Mensa people on this thread, I must confess, this was a room full of "shrinks" of both sexes. nysebob2
