Ken,

<<Also, if memory serves, weren't their shares exercisable in the $8 range?>>

The warrants exercise at $2.50, $5.00, and $10. It's clear they haven't exercised at the last price, and probably not at the lower two either. Someone correct me if they know better, but I'm guessing that INRANGE will not exercise the warrants until they want to sell the common stock. There's no advantage to holding the common over the warrants, is there?

Greg

Ken-

Inrange's options are exercisable at prices ranging from $2.5 per share to $10 share.

250,000 shares can be purchased at $2.50/share

250,000 shares can be purchased at $5.00/share

250,000 shares can be purchased at $10.00/share

Inrange was able to exercise these options starting on March 24, 1999 and before September 24, 2003.
