TRANSCRIPT OF AOL ONLINE – March 30, 1999

We were in the auditorium on AMERICA ONLINE in front of hundreds of folks
today and here is the complete transcript. We are there each Tuesday at
3:30 EST on AOL, keyword LIVE or SAGE.

OnlineHost:
OnlineHost: *** You are in "The Odeon". ***
OnlineHost:

SageMikeM: We would like to welcome Todd Shaver, Editor in Chief of The
Bull Market Report
SageMikeM: Welcome to Sage Online, Todd.
Question: What do you think of the current state of the market?
TShaverX: Nothing out of the ordinary; within a whisker of 10,000;
TShaverX: near a new all time high. Very pleased with the market
environment
TShaverX: Right now, however, I'd like to see interest rates lower. then
TShaverX: I'd feel better.

Question: Which, if any intl. integrated oil cos. do you like given
valuations?
TShaverX: Exxon, they are the biggest, they are the best,
TShaverX: they've made money in good markets and bad.

Question: How do u feel about LT prospects for EBAY?
TShaverX: Ebay is going to be a very successful company. If the
TShaverX: question is long term outlook for stock, it's a different story,
TShaverX: It could go to 50 dollars in the next 3 months or
TShaverX: 350 depending on the market
TShaverX: and depending on what AMZN does in the marketplace.

Question: Buy excite to get athm or buy athm ?
TShaverX: I'd buy @Home any day of the week. I've
TShaverX: never heard more excitement about a company's product
TShaverX: than ever before with AtHome.
TShaverX: People LOVE the capabilities that AtHome delivers.
TShaverX: This company is going places.

Question: Opinion on wcom vs csco ?
TShaverX: Can't compare the two. They are both Gorillas.
TShaverX: They are both great companies.

Question: If buying, Microsoft or AOL? Thanks
TShaverX: Well you know once again, you can't compare the two.
TShaverX: They are both Gorillas as well. MSFT has $20 billion in
TShaverX: cash and makes 30 to 40% after tax
TShaverX: on every dollar they sell.
TShaverX: AOL is adding subscribers left and right.
TShaverX: They are going to be incredibly profitable in 3 years.
TShaverX: They are both great long term investments.
TShaverX: But be careful of AOL because it is trading at over
TShaverX: 375 times earnings.

Question: What's your opinion on egrp thankyou
TShaverX: Egroup is a potential Gorilla. We love
TShaverX: the company at the Bull market Report.
TShaverX: We picked the stock at 25 dollars a share pre split
TShaverX: and when it went into the teens we made
TShaverX: one of the most famous quotes we've ever had in
the newsletter and that is "You'll never see this stock
TShaverX: in the teens again" and it's now trading at the equivalent of
TShaverX: 120. We love Etrade. We are looking for big things from them.

Also from Steve Harmon a positive Quote:
Mortgages

"I have a questions for you, at least I am interested in your views or
opinion. Online mortgage transactions appears to (to me) to be a viable
sector worth exploring. I don't see much activity in this area, other
than Finet Holdings (FNHC), and EGroup which has filed an IPO for its
mortgage unit ELoan, and lenders such as Countrywide with an on-line
presence.. What do you think, is this or can this be an emerging sector
via the Net, and who are the players one might look at from an investment
perspective. Thanks in advance for you comments."

Reply: I believe online mortgages are the future of mortgages. Who wins?
whoever has the home buyers. Finet (NASDAQ:FNHC) is more speculative than
many would believe. E-loan looks like it could rocket. Here's why: Web
outlets include Yahoo!, E*Trade, DLJdirect,Telebank, CBS MarketWatch and
Motley Fool. And last year E-loan processed about $1 billion in loans over
the Web. For all that, however, it posted $6.8 million revenue for itself.
So the market is early.

End quote--When the ipo for e-loan happens, wont that be huge for etrade?
