I can't say for sure in Minnisota. But USWest has a (mega bit line)or referred as a dsl line, that runs at 256k on top of your voice line. Have to be at least 12k to 16k feet from the office were your dialtone comes from. It cost $40 dollars a month and $110 dollars for the install. You have to place filters on your phones. So $110 deal includes the modem and filters. I think the catch is you have to use their ISP. Unless you find another that will support it. They will run a lot faster but the price will double and triple. God speed to PNLK Dan JIL
