Isn't that amazing?

AOL has a very pitiful earning. Yet the stock is bid up higher than the Heavens. T has real earnings but the stock is sinking.

With AOL's tremendous market capitalization, it can acquire companies with real earnings. Later on down the road, AOL can boast good earnings from other companies it has acquired.

A company without any earnings can become one with great earnings by acquiring ones with real earnings. What the hell is wrong with this picture? Is this legal? Is this right?

By the way, I am a share holder of T, WCOM, and AOL.
