And these combattants who have gone at it for years are going to listen? NOT. Or do you think the "outside forces" should eradicate one of the combattants? I just do not see what a win would be in this area even if we could get a win, which I don't think is possible.

Exactly how do you see an outside force stopping this? House to house searches for arms? A permanent peace keeping force?

Maybe we are at the stage in human history where it is time for outside forces to step in and say "no more".

Yeah, that worked great in Vietnam. Let's try it again!

(Actually Kosovo is far less tractable than Vietnam. In Kosovo we will end up fighting BOTH SIDES!)
