I have to take back the last statement. If I understand this correctly, he now controls 1,107,000 shares. He used to control another 875k of the schools shares which are now controlled by Piper Jaffray, and another 708k that he controlled for comdisco. I guess that was closer to 3 million shares. I wonder how many more shares are been stuffed into accounts at Piper Jaffray?

I guess these are the questions I would want answered.

1) Why were these documents not filed 6 months ago.How did Andreini get to control almost 3 million of a 7 million float without filing anything til now.

2) Was there any conflict of interest concerning Andreini directorship of Comdisco and his holdings of CYOE. Should any of this have been filed in Comdisco's proxies.

3) What the hell is a school doing with 1,000,000+ shares. Will the SEC look into Fantetti/Piper Jaffray and his/their clients?
