Yes. W.E.Sapp is his name. He was the owner of Southern. He stop selling back in Sept. From what I have gathered, he is an old guy who was trying to diversify his fortune so he can sit on the beach somewhere and should not be taken as a sell signal.

Let's face it, the way the 4th quarter results were handled was a bit goofy. My take on it is that with all the acquisitions, the numbers were a bit confusing to break down into quarterly blocks especially given that they do their percent completion type of accounting. By stating that the quarterly number was X (when they know that the bean counting was messy from the acquisitions) would leave them open to a lawsuit by some blood sucking lawyers.

The numbers for the year are solid and audited by a very reputable accounting firm.

In the current environment of bandwidth demand, even the blindest hogs will find some acorns so the downside risk is low for this stock IMHO.
