There is a dichotomy between MU and AMAT thread. Who ever follows memory business is betting that the future unit growth will come from die shrinks where AMAT fans think that the fab expansion for memory production will be greater than in '96/'97 era. Some one has to be wrong but both stocks are trading like every one is right. MU and AMAT stock prices don't have any co-relation to current or future corresponding business prospect. Investing is no more, trading is in. <g>
