I was thinking of calling one of the following:

John A. Pidegon,
Linda K. Miller,
Yukevich, Blume, Marchetti & Zangrilli, P.C.

But what do you say "Excuse me but why do you own all of this crappy stock?"

Anyway it seems that a lot of people could be taking their grievances to him.
1) CYOE shareholders had a right to know a long time ago about his holdings.
2) CDO shareholders for non-disclosure. Especially if CDO does not collect from the Crescent deal.
3) The "school" and others whos shares he controls. Especially if he is acting in the capacity of a financial advisor. He does appear to be on the finance committee for the school.
Just my thoughts!
