It's very unlikely the warrants can participate unless a provision has been made. There was a good series of posts on Yahoo by STKPCKR that thoroughly described UTDL's market. Read the series of posts by this person. Comprehensive and very informative. Also, the warrants are a good play for shorter term. Most likely, only if they convert before the IPO details are laid out will they participate in the IPO.
