Frankel Tuesday, Apr 6 1999 1:27AM ET Reply # of 24233 Hi Phil and All, Thanks, Phil, for sending me the list. I just got back to my hotel room. Spent the entire day including lunch (a fast one) and dinner with Rob Gordon and had the opportunity to meet and talk with the officers. I'll be there all day tomorrow and Wednesday morning until I have to leave for the airport for my flight back to San Francisco at 1:00pm. Truly exhausted. I was amazed at the energy and enthusiasm so evident by all from the officers to the secretaries to the technicians. They truly are busy and very serious about their work. I have already spent a few hours getting answers to the questions and there was no hesitation on the part of anyone to be quite open. Still need more time to complete, but even spoke with the principal of Grady and Hatch and to the company attorneys. John Hwang flying in tomorrow to meet with Signature Group again... looks like much more in the pipeline than I anticipated... not only from Signature, but other very large ones as well. There are 7-8 pages of questions and answers and I hope everyone will understand that it's going to take a bit of time to write it all up. They also are expanding into additional space on the next floor and the new Silicon Valley office will be opening next week. Suffice it to say that the interpretations of the 10K were incorrect and were explained to me by the attorneys for the company. Things are far better and different than portrayed by our resident basher "experts". It is going to take quite a few hours to write-up the questions and answers so as to minimize the possibility of any further misinterpretations, but I will make every effort to do it as soon as is humanly possible. I wish I could say more right now, but I'm exhausted and on the verge of collapse. Besides, I'd rather get it all down in one post. I have never felt as comfortable with any investment in all my years of investing... and after today I am more convinced than ever of my decision. IMO, everything is going fantastically well and I am one very happy camper. Rest assured that, in contrast to some posts, Rob Gordon is very concerned about creating the maximum shareholder value for all shareholders and, IMHO, we are well on the road to success. Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!! Best always, Marty
