Hey Alan, hey Dusty. This sounds like Midland all over again.

I bought Midland because of the fuel additive. I bought CNHH because of the fuel additive. I don't care if anyone else buys CNHH.

I've DD'd the fuel additive to death in the past, cost me $500 in phone calls alone.

Ewert said last night that he's tried to get the majors involved. He got a hold of one of the major oil co's, but the guy that he talked to tried to con him out of the patents. Same with Novagaz. Same with several others. He's tired of getting ripped off. Remember Spriggs' big concern about competitors not having access to the interior of the plant, to gain access to the technology?

CNHH has a very small float. No activity all of last week. You can't day-trade it without getting killed. There are no real shares to "dump".

Gary: I presume Ewert has 144 shares, not free-trading?

LOL...Please see message 37.

This is so comical there is no reason to even post here.

Hell I will just go read the Midland thread again, because you guys are turning this into "Midland Take Two."

Initializing Lurker Mode....

Oh look at this Markoff has resurfaced ... :-)

Well the attorney that drew up the Acquistion has as the reference header:

Re: Acquistion of Exclusive License ro Patent and Rights to Purchase Mobile Refining Units

There are conditions as with any acquistion ... No where does it say it has closed on an acquistion. The people that used the wording in the press release merely used the header of the aggreement as the header of the release and then went forward in the body of the release as in the body of the agreement to explain and disclosing certain conditions of DD on the product.

There is suppose to be product being shipped to CNHH for the purpose of testing. When Mr. Pybas is satisfied the product is what Ewert claims and all the test results have been verified then Mr. Pybas will paid for a machine and issue the restricted shares which by the way IS stated in the agreement.

In a previous post to Dusty, I said it was not in the aggreement I had in my hand. I am making the CORRECTION that it is under the section of Acquistion and Consideration. Restricted shares will be issued to Refing Consultants should the Execution Agreement be exerised.

However, you are correct in saying it is a letter of intent because the Execution Agreement has not been prepared nor signed nor has this acquistion been closed on nor has anyone I know of said that it has been. Mr. Pybas is out of town today doing his DD on this product and the legal side which includes lien, civil suits, etc. Samples of the product are suppose to be in route to Mr. Pybas ...

News releases will be made to update the financial world as to the progress of the closing of this acquistion.

Paid IR in cash and 50K stock option plus negotiating for restricted shares due to this acquistion.

Alan, I concur on the wording of the press release. Still better why not wait till they have a "DONE" deal inked and binding?

Most likely this PR was issued for the express purpose of getting people to buy stock. It is a known fact that most people read and scan headlines and don't read the "fine" print.

One thing I have discovered is if a small company is truly for real and has something of value to invest in they do not release information until it is a "done" deal. Those companies who do release PR that amount to nothing but "hot air" is usually what they are all about.... nothing! This is done with "intent" to deceive, IMHO and I still say buyer beware. Anyone who buys stock in a company who issues letters of intent instead of inked deals should not be surprised when the stuff hits the fan, the insiders sell and they are left with nothing. The word "intent" is very powerful and is a defense. It has been my experience that folks see what they want to see. Everyone of us want a way to fast riches; it is human nature. But, for real growth companies take time and they also only issue information on deals that are done.

If this deal with between CNHH and Ewert Wilson is for real and all of it is gospel why not wait till the details are worked out to release the news?

In my opinion the only reason any company issues press releases containing letters of "intent" have one intention; selling stock to new unsuspecting shareholders so insiders can sell into the excitement of the new buyers.

I wish all those invested in CHNN,and the company the best but I will not buy stock in any company who issues letters of intent with misleading headlines that indicate a deal has been done.

Best regards,
