Ed: Summaries of the leases and contracts and, in some cases, the actual documents themselves are in the current 10K filing and its attachments which can be seen in full at: freeedgar.com The filing is voluminous (almost 2 MB). I downloaded it yesterday, but have not yet started going through it. As noted in the annual report and proxy statement, the company is in default on exploration/developmental commitments in key properties, but apparently thinks it will be able to negotiate after-the-fact liberalizations of terms with the governments. Just another sword hanging over the company's neck. Steve
