micny: If CKFR's customers think they can't do a), b), c), and d), with the CKFR service, then it's Pete's job to see that they can if CKFR truly wants to dominate the market. Operative word in your response is "independently". Customers will weigh the cost of independence, both in terms of cash out today and lost market opportunity tomorrow, against going with CKFR or Transpoint, and decide accordingly. We're obviously guessing that things are moving fast enough that most will decide to outsource so as to avoid missing the market. Charlie
