Reality check here. The 10K was published mid-day Thursday, a sell-off occurred, and the stock closed down 6 cents at $.295 Thursday at 4PM. Many people reacted to the 10K--not to the "discussion" that went on all weekend while the market was closed. There <<is>> a floorless debenture (fact); what effect it will have on the company is subject to interpretation. Incredible dilution has occurred (fact). Why Hwang, Guild, et al seem to accept this is a mystery at this time. Should the shareholders accept this dilution? Will "normal" investors invest in a company whose management has grabbed such a whopping boatload of shares for itself? This is a critical question for the longs. Perhaps Marty can answer this question. Marty is taking a huge burden on himself to attempt to "translate" the 10K to the non-financial public. Maybe some of the TSIG people can help make sure there is no mis-communication. Regards, Suzanne
